Educated and experienced Bayshore fit personal trainers evaluate all new clients and develop a workout plan based on ability, experience, and goals. Trainers use a wide range of tools and equipment including, kettleballs, medicine balls, jump ropes, tubing, BOSU balls, training ropes, TRX, weighted sled, and dumbbells. Bayshore fit trainers constantly vary their clients’ programs and constantly measure progress. Programs include flexibility training and nutritional consultations as well.

Bayshore Fit has training packages available for most sports, including golf, baseball, volleyball, swimming, soccer, basketball, track & field, cross country, tennis, lacrosse, wrestling and football. Training packages are customized for all levels and ages from teens to adults. In order to enhance skills and conditioning level, athletes will need to build strength from the center of the body out to the periphery.
Sport specific training focuses on core strengthening as well as developing power and speed . Bayshore fit trainers emphasize specific sport skill execution and improved performance. Trainers use a wide range of tools and equipment including, kettleballs, medicine balls, jump ropes, tubing, BOSU balls, training ropes, TRX, weighted sled, and dumbbells. Programs also include flexibility training, plyometric training, and nutritional consultations as well.
– Obtain Custom Program With Corrective Exercises
Bayshore Fit has partnered with Advance Rehabilitation to provide comprehensive post rehabilitation programs for any injury or condition. Workouts with Bayshore fit trainers are supervised by a licensed physical therapist. Rehabilitation exercises are done in coordination with traditional forms of strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular training.
