  • ABS n A$$30 min of lower body and core. Focus on gluten, hips, low back and abs. with Dan 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Wednesday

ABS n ARMS: A 30 minute total abs class! A variety of moves that will strengthen your core and improve your conditioning. All levels invited!
ABS n A$$: 30 min of lower body and core. A heart pounding, body sculpting workout focusing on the glutes, hips, low back, and abs.
LUNCH CRUNCH: 30 min overall conditioning class incorporating weights. Suitable for anyone who wants to sculpt and define their muscles while also blasting calories!
Bayshore HIIT: 60 min High Intensity Interval Training. Take your workout to the next level with functional fitness based training. Guaranteed results!
