Note: All classes are included with gym membership. Non members are $15 per class  
SHED: A 45 minute rapid fat burning class combining high intensity cardio with strength training moves. A full body workout incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, battleropes, sleds, and more.
ABS n ARMS: A 30 minute total abs class! A variety of moves that will strengthen your core and improve your conditioning. All levels invited!
BUTT & GUT: 30 min of lower body and core. A heart pounding, body sculpting workout focusing on the glutes, hips, low back, and abs.
LUNCH CRUNCH: 30 min overall conditioning class incorporating weights. Suitable for anyone who wants to sculpt and define their muscles while also blasting calories!
MOBILITY: 30 minute movement-based therapy incorporating stretching, foam rolling and lacrosse ball techniques to increase flexibility and restore joint range of motion.
Bayshore HIIT: 60 min High Intensity Interval Training. Take your workout to the next level with functional fitness based training. Guaranteed results!
WEEKDAY WARRIOR: 60 min cardio interval training , Core, and strength training for RESULTS!
